What subscription boxes do you offer?
We offer three subscription boxes: the Hearth Box, Harvest Box, and Heritage Box. Each box features our freshly baked breads and baked goods delivered weekly on Thursdays, allowing you to choose up to 4 items per week depending on your subscription plan.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose your preferred box and subscription plan. You'll receive weekly deliveries every Thursday (at this time) with fresh baked goods. You can customize your selections each week through our build-a-box feature.
Can I swap items in my subscription box?
Yes! Our build-a-box feature allows you to customize your weekly selections to match your preferences. Go to your customer portal and edit your selections at any time for the next delivery cycle. Please keep in mind that at this time if you change your item selection for your subscription, you must do so by Monday at midnight for our current weekly delivery on Thursday

Delivery & Pickup
When will my order be delivered?
All of your selections will be delivered on Thursdays at this time, but this will change as we accommodate more subscribers.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup at this time. We only offer local delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer local delivery within our service area. Delivery details and availability will be shown at checkout. Our delivery area will eventually grow to accommodate more subscribers and customers
Billing & Payment
How does billing work?
Our plans are monthly subscriptions or maybe more appropriately, a membership to wholeness! Choose the plan that works best for you when setting up your subscription. You will be charged once monthly beginning at the time you sign up. Alternatively, you can choose to purchase individual products as well, which is not a recurring payment.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription and order settings at any time through your account dashboard under subscription management, which is in your customer profile. You will not be charged for your next billing cycle.
Can I pause or cancel my delivery order?
Yes, you can manage your subscription and order settings at any time through your account dashboard under subscription management, which is in your customer profile. Please keep in mind that if you can cancel a delivery for that week, it will not actually cancel your subscription or membership. This has to be done separately.Â

Products
Are your products made fresh?
Yes! All our breads and baked goods are freshly baked and delivered to ensure the highest quality.Â
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please contact us directly to discuss specific dietary needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, there are limited ingredients in our baked goods, as well as longer fermentation times which significantly improve digestion.
How will my frozen items be delivered?
Our only frozen item for delivery at this time is our house cookie dough, which is frozen immediately after portioning to preserve freshness and flexibility. The cookie dough portions will arrive frozen and packaged, ready to go straight into your freezer.
Do I need to leave anything out for delivery?
No. Just plan to transfer frozen items to your freezer once delivered.
What if I’m not home?
Frozen items are delivered in insulated transport and should be placed in your freezer as soon as you’re able.
Can I leave a cooler outside?
You’re welcome to leave a personal cooler if helpful, but it’s not required if you are able to place the frozen cookie dough portions into your within a reasonable amount of time.
Why is the cookie dough delivered frozen?
We freeze our cookie dough at peak freshness so it keeps well without preservatives and can be baked when it suits you. This approach also supports a weekly rhythm of preparation and rest in our kitchen. Our cookie dough is hand-portioned, frozen fresh, and delivered in freezer-grade bags so you can bake on your schedule. It is ready to bake straight from the freezer. No thawing required.
Is your bread gluten-free?
No. Our breads are made from freshly milled whole grains and contain gluten. Because we mill our flour fresh and use long, natural fermentation methods, many customers who struggle with commercial bread tell us they find ours easier to digest. However, our bread is not safe for those with celiac disease and is not gluten-free.
If you have celiac disease or a medically diagnosed gluten allergy, we recommend avoiding our products at this time
Why do some people tolerate your bread better?
We use freshly milled whole grain flour, not aged industrial flour. We do not use emulsifiers, preservatives or dough conditioners. Our breads are naturally fermented, allowing time for gluten and starches to begin breaking down. We also use carefully sourced grains, often including heritage varieties. Every body is different, but many customers report feeling less bloated and more satisfied compared to when they eat store-bought bread.
