Fresh-milled organic sourdough, delivered across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex every Thursday. We mill ancient and heritage grains in-house the day before each bake, ferment 24–48 hours, and bring it to your door. No preservatives, no industrial flour.

Why fresh-milled is worth it
Most “artisan” bread in Dallas is baked from industrial flour milled weeks or months earlier — after the B-vitamins, natural oils, and antioxidants have faded. Ours is ground hours before baking, so the nutrition, flavor, and digestibility actually make it to your table.
